File:National Rail logo white.svg[edit]
Not simple by UK standards, suggest treating as fair-use until someone figures out what happened to the ex BR copyrights. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 19:12, 19 May 2017 (UTC)
- Keep Would of course disagree: it's clearly marked with PD-shape. This logo is permitted under Commons policy Commons:Threshold of originality and Commmons is an international platform. You would need to get consensus on changing commons policy first before moving to delete permitted images. (If PD-shape is somehow no longer a valid rationale, you're going to have your work cut out deleting every other logo of this type on Commons!) Cnbrb (talk) 11:22, 22 May 2017 (UTC)
- The issue is that the UK threshold of originality is very very very low. Images must be public domain in the source country and the US to be PD on Commons, and the arrows certainly reach the UK threshold of originality. The question is whether the image is PD in the UK based on age or some other criteria. -mattbuck (Talk) 17:20, 22 May 2017 (UTC)
- Deletion Stayed - A clarification has been sought from the relevant party, but the relevant contacts have stated they may not respond until June 19th.ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 21:41, 23 May 2017 (UTC)
Deleted: Clearly above the very low UK ToO. Not a work of the UK government. Therefore, still under copyright. If and when the govt responds, this can be restored. . Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 10:45, 26 May 2017 (UTC)
